The Sure Word for Today's quotation for the week:
God Renewed my Mind.
The Master of Your Mind — Part 5.
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:23 (KJV).
The fact that you are embarrassed by your weakness is an indication you have no clue of who you are and what you are capable of. I never spend a moment to think about my shortcomings. I am not saying I don't have, but I never notice it because my life is a continuous iteration or continuous development process. I know I am not the finished product, so I continue to improve every second, every moment and every hour. I declare that I am an everlasting student of life. I never stop learning. I will never arrive because every day presents a new hunger and challenge.
The following text is from my book titled "The Power of Image Nation, Chapter 4, The Power of the Mind."
Changing your thoughts changes your feelings and eliminates the triggers that set off those terrible feelings. Just by changing your thoughts, you create a whole new kind of feeling, one that will work best for you. And this will provide you with a greater level of peace in your mind. You can interrupt and replace thoughts that are not working for you, or you can eliminate them altogether. The technique of interrupting and replacing your thought is a means of reprogramming your subconscious mind. Eventually, the replacement thoughts will become the go-to thoughts in the applicable situations. Awareness is the key to change and growth. When we have self-awareness, we can access a vital mechanism for noticing what is going on within us. When we become aware, we can take responsibility, we can start to have a choice, and we can do something about it.

What are your strengths? What is your weakness? Spend some time to make a list. Here is the insight into the questions; your strength is your weakness. Whatever you assume your strengths are, the reverse is your weakness.
2Corinthians 12:9 "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.".
