Making decision that works in your life should become a skill. You need to be in it and express yourself through it just like King Solomon and Jesus Christ did. They never held back, they express themselves even when people think their pattern was senseless and foolish, the result was instant and it was a positive outcome.
Learning to make timely and well-considered decisions enables you to be able to lead your team to spectacular and well-deserved success. However, if you make poor decisions, your team risks failure and your time as a leader will, most likely, be brutally short.
